This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are enjoying Ceramics class and are creating some awesome pieces. The class is very engaged and in need of some clay and fun glazes to use on their ceramic pieces.
We are going through clay and glazes quickly due to their enthusiasm and productivity.
I have introduced some new glazing materials to the students including the crystal glazes. They create colorful patterns on the clay and provides students with the option to explore glazes. This project will supply materials and inspiration for students to continue exploring the ceramic medium.
