Clay Creations and American History

Help me give my students a chance to create pottery pieces, learn about historical figures with the “Who Was” series chapter books and American history and be inspired to keep going with fun rewards!

My Project

My students will get the opportunity to create clay pieces, learn about American history and historical game changers and realize they can make a difference through the Judy Moody series! We will learn about the coil and slab techniques in pottery making and also how to fire and glaze their pieces. My reading group will be inspired to read new chapter books and take their reading levels to even higher levels! The fun rewards will inspire them to keep going! They will love it and we couldn’t do these fun things at the end of the year without the help of your generous donation. Thank you so much!
