My students have grown so much with the limited technology we have if we had more they could grow even more. Our school strives to find the leader in all students. Every child has capabilities, talents, and strengths; sometimes, all it takes is exposure or motivation. The students in my class strive for excellence. They all inherently care about one another and continually make an effort to improve in all aspects.
My class consists of 20 amazing students.
Of those 20, two are English learners, one who moved here from Bulgaria and knows very little English. If we had more resources for him he would learn English so much faster.
My Project
The use of a computer is almost a daily activity in my classroom, especially in math. Using the workshop pear deck in math, students are more engaged in the lesson. The computers allow me to see exactly what they are doing, as well as provide an easy place for them to show and share their work. The problem is we have a limited amount of Chromebooks available to our classroom.
