Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am looking to turn an empty corner in my room into a calm down corner/library center. To help make my dream a reality, a comfy rug would really tie the space together! The white magazine boxes will help me fill up my library shelves to keep our new space fun and organized!
Additionally, I am looking for support on adding to my treasure box!
We challenge our students with completing the AR program, and having a treasure box incident will really help with motivation! Fun straws and toys are exactly what excites my students!
Finally, I am looking for a chair with wheels as I am constantly dragging my chair around the classroom as I switch from whole group instruction to pulling small groups in the back of the class! A rolling chair would make this one hundred percent times easier!
