Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These supplies will help my classroom by giving students the opportunity to work together and create a more inclusive classroom. This project will help students provide items that they can use to accomplish academic goals and give manipulatives to work with. This will help with our community service and classroom management incentives. Students will be able to choose and earn prizes from school store by complying with various directions, behaviors, and community service projects.

This project will help my students succeed by helping them have more visual representations during lessons.

This project will help build a welcoming classroom by supplying kids with art supplies such as markers and books to increase reading skills and comprehension. These books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. My classroom library is a place that my students really enjoy. The vacuum will help us to have a clean classroom and teach students about responsibilities. The paper cutter will help me as a teacher make necessary cuts to art paper as well as other materials used in the classroom to promote better literacy as well as art skills.
