This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students need supplies to add to their learning and show their creativity. The supplies will help ensure they will be able to create.

I like to bring art into my science/health and elective classes.

I want to provide them with the tools they need to create things such as atoms when we study chemistry. In my elective we create marine organisms out of plastic, showing how plastic is damaging marine life.

My students are bright and curious gifted students in a very diverse, low socio-economic, 100% title one school in Los Angeles.
