This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I want all my students to be successful this school year. They are all at different levels and have different goals. My job is to get them to reach their goal and maybe a littler further.My students range from far below all the way to GATE (Gifted and Talented).

They are a great group of students that work hard and try their best daily.

They never complain and always have a smile on their faces. I am proud to call them my students.

My school is a high poverty school with little funds. Many of my students have parents that work two jobs, and they are in our ACES program until 6pm.

My Project

Many of our students will be walking back into our classroom for the first time since March 13, 2020. We want to make sure these students come back to a well prepared classroom.

These classroom supplies that I have requested will be used to prepare the classroom for students returning to in person hybrid learning.

Since students will not be allowed to share any materials, we have to make sure that there are enough supplies for students to have their own supplies. I have requested pencils, markers, dry erase markers, and scissors. Let's get 2021 completely ready to go for our students and for our classroom.
