Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my 6th and 7th-grade self-contained classroom, creating a warm, organized, and structured environment helps students feel safe, focused, and ready to learn. To make our classroom both functional and welcoming, I am requesting a few key items: non-slip floor tape to mark sitting spots and support routines, treasure boxes to store prizes for our classroom economy, plants to bring life and warmth into the space, and drawer organizers to keep our materials tidy and accessible.

These items may seem simple, but they make a big difference in helping students stay organized, follow routines with ease, and feel proud of their classroom.

A calm and inviting environment allows students to focus on what matters most—their learning and growth. With your support, we can transform our classroom into a space that is both structured and inspiring, where students are excited to come each day.
