Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are a highly enthusiastic and diverse group of learners! They come from wonderful families with a strong commitment to education, who will support their children as best as they can to achieve success in the classroom and in the future.
Due to the present state of the world in a global pandemic, most of my class only recently returned to in-person school after being fully remote since March of 2020.
Because of this, my classroom was used by several different people during a tremendous time of transition, and much of the personal teaching materials that I have purchased over the years have disappeared. Please help me to restock my classroom so that I can best meet the needs of my students!
My Project
I need the necessary classroom tools and supplies in order to conduct my lessons. I've been teaching for over 20 years and rely heavily on standard classroom tools to be able to teach and fulfill my students' needs.
Unfortunately, many of these tools have disappeared after I was working remotely for a year and a half.
I have replaced so much, but cannot replace everything on my own.
Please help me provide the opportunity that my students so desperately need and very much deserve! These children have been so strong throughout this pandemic and need a rich and fulfilling in-person school year!
