This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Moving into the next school year, I find it helpful to have a student cabinet that has all the necessary supplies they need to be successful. These supplies will help them stay on task without needing to scrounge for materials. They can quietly get up, grab what they need, and work, but also clean and sanitized. In addition, I have plans for a new book that I would like to read with my students in my civil rights unit, which I do in the spring with my kids. It's always a fun unit, and I enjoy teaching various events throughout.
