Classroom Snack and Light Squad

Help me give my students an ice machine to stay cool on hot days, and snacks to help students stay focused and energized.

My Project

As a teacher in a low-income community, I see firsthand my students' daily challenges. Many of them come to school without the necessities, including nutritious snacks, which impacts their ability to focus and engage in learning. A hungry student cannot concentrate on a lesson; this is where your support can make a significant difference.

I am seeking donations to provide healthy snacks for my classroom.

These snacks will satisfy hunger and help create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student feels cared for and ready to learn.

In addition to snacks, I am also requesting cordless lights to enhance our classroom's reading and learning experience. The current lighting in our classroom is harsh and not conducive to creating a calm and focused atmosphere. Cordless lights will allow us to create cozy reading nooks and a warm, inviting space for group activities, discussions, and independent work. These lights will be particularly beneficial during our reading times, helping students to feel more comfortable and engaged.

Your contribution will directly impact the well-being and academic success of my students. With your help, we can create a nurturing environment where all students have the opportunity to thrive.
