I would like to have a class set of novels so that my middle school students will have materials to read. The school is a behavior school and we have no library. In my reading class, the only materials I have are comic books and individual novels from the thrift store.
My goal is for the class to be able to read novels together rather than for each student to read a different book.
My students are special because they are eager to prove they are ready to return to the comprehensive school, but they need to improve their literacy so they are not behind upon returning.
