This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year has been an especially challenging year for students in the 7th grade. I have noticed that a lot of students in my more challenging classes have an easier time with independent work when they have headphones to reduce distractions to themselves and others. I only have a few pairs that I have collected over the years, and I think it would greatly benefit my students to have these headphones at each desk. Each pair of headphones will be labeled and closely monitored to prevent too much wear on them.
