My Project
This classroom rug will help to provide a clean and comfortable place for my students to gather. There smiley faces will help to make sure each student can find their own space to sit in and it will provide enough seat for my whole classroom. No one will have to find an additional or supplemental seating. Everyone can come together, as a class, and read or learn.
Our carpet is our safe space, where we come together as a class to connect and support each other.
It helps us to bond and grow together as a class. I love that the smiles provide a visual to the students of where their space is. Sometimes kids in kindergarten have a hard time with personal space, and this helps to show their own boundary is at.
