Classroom Rug for Kindergarten Superheroes!

My students need a classroom rug where we can meet as a class.

My Students

We love to meet as a whole group in our classroom, but cannot fit on our existing rug!

I have a class of 18 amazing students who strive everyday to be super students.

We are a high-poverty Title I school in Minnesota with few resources and limited funds. My students are extremely appreciative of anything they are given. They deserve to have a comfortable and educational rug to cover the hard tile floor in our room.

My Project

This alphabet rug will make it possible for all of my students to have a spot to sit for whole-group activities, which include songs, games, and shared reading. This rug contains each letter of the alphabet along with a correlating picture. This rug will help students learn letter recognition and letter-sound correspondence.

My Kindergarten Superheroes would love to have your support!

We especially like to meet each day for our afternoon meeting where each student shares the favorite thing they learned that day. There is nothing more rewarding than students excited about learning!
