A classroom rug will give students a central gathering point for lessons and story time as well as a space for chilling out and taking a break from work.
Students will be able to enter the Art room and find their circle on the rug where they will sit for lessons and demonstrations.
Students will be able to clearly view the smart board while sitting on the rug. By bringing my students together on the rug, they will understand that this time on the rug is to focus on lessons and demonstrations before they move to their tables and get their supplies.
