This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our class needs a new rug for learning! This rug will be used many times throughout the day. It will be used during our whole group lessons and it will also be used as a flexible seating option. On this rug, my firsties will learn, brainstorm, problem solve, giggle, and grow. We will be able to start and end our day at the rug.
This smiley face rug will be the heart of our classroom!
Given our classroom's limited space, the rotating bookshelf would be a perfect solution to displaying our books. The rotating bookshelf will allow students to easily access books, ensuring clear visibility of our books.
