My Project

Restocking rewards, like candy, can motivate students to engage more actively in their learning. When students see their efforts recognized, it boosts their confidence and encourages a positive classroom culture. Cleaning supplies, on the other hand, ensures a clean and organized learning environment, which is crucial for maintaining focus and reducing distractions. A tidy space fosters better concentration and helps students feel more comfortable and prouder of their classroom.

The primary goals for this project are to enhance student motivation and engagement through meaningful rewards while also promoting a sense of responsibility and ownership in maintaining a clean classroom.

By creating an inviting and organized environment, I aim to support students’ learning and well-being, encouraging them to take pride in their space and fostering a collaborative community.

My students are incredibly diverse and bring unique perspectives and talents to the classroom. They are eager learners, each with their own strengths and challenges. Their creativity and resilience inspire one another, creating a supportive atmosphere where everyone feels valued. By providing the right resources, I can help them thrive academically and socially, enabling them to reach their full potential.
