This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These baskets, desk organizers and calc-u storage chart will be used to organize tools and materials will definitely help to elevate the learning experience of my students. Having pencils, markers and highlighters supports students with annotation and note taking. Students often need paper for assignments, so having the storage tools for paper to be easily accessible it a game changer!
Having a stocked and organized classroom helps with student efficiency and engagement.
Most of these tools will also outlive this school year, meaning they will impact students for many years to come. Every year I have students who say how much it changes their learning experience to be in a class that is fully stocked with resources, and I want to keep that.
