My Project

The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them new and fresh supplies and books to make more effective learning choices. The supplies, new books, and manipulatives used for mathematics will be extremely beneficial for students who need to experience math in a hands-on manner as well as provide the joy of having new materials just for their use!

Many of my students come from low income families that often struggle with the ability to afford appropriate supplies, new books, and manipulatives to foster the love of reading and mathematics.

My classroom library is a small nook that my students really enjoy. They often ask to dive into any new books I am able to gather for them. As an avid book worm and reading teacher, every book placed in my library is treated with love, care, and excitement for the adventure waiting to be enjoyed.

The area of mathematics continues to be a struggle for many of my students with learning disabilities. The supplies and math manipulatives will help them gain confidence as well as success in the classroom and beyond.
