it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are a lively and inquisitive bunch that show up to class eager to learn, despite the challenges they are faced with both in and out of the classroom. My students have a wide variety of learning styles and levels, all of which deserve the BEST education possible. Every student in my classroom is unique and everyone in the room respects each other. I care about my students and they know it!
My goal, as a bilingual teacher, is to encourage my students to love learning and to develop lifelong independent learners.
I especially love that my students try their BEST on everything that comes their way! They love to read and enjoy hands-on activities. They are great helpers and I know I can count on them. Every day, I make sure to instill good qualities that will make them amazing citizens.
My Project
Help my students have access to a classroom printer to support their creativity and innovation. Color is naturally engaging and can be used to create visual aids, games, activities, posters, crafts, etc. The sky's the limit when it comes to the visual materials that can be used in our classroom. Our printer will be used for all subject areas and will help all of my diverse learners in the classroom.

My students love having color around the room from the anchor charts I make, so I know they will engage better with color materials/resources which will instinctively draw their attention and pique their interest. Having our own color printer would be a total game changer! It will be way more convenient than having to wait until planning time to walk to our school copy machine, which is located in the teacher's lounge. Please help support our project to make my students learning more involved and hands on.
