This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a first year teacher finding my way. Adding a bit more organization to my class with these two carts will help transition things better. Kids will know where to find the box of tissues and the hand sanitizer. I’ll know where to find the copies I need for each day, and less transition time will help keep them on task.

This is a Title I school.

Students come from low income households. I would like to show them the larger opportunity in the world. Right now, many of them cannot see their potential beyond Northeast Philadelphia
