This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year, my students have been tested almost every week. Despite contributions from parents and families, we are beginning to run low on supplies and supports for our classroom. As we head into the official "testing season," I would like to give my students the basics that they need in order to do their best on the tests. These materials will help students with preparing, focusing, and executing tasks throughout this heavy time. Although they have tested constantly this year, they have remained positive and willing to do their best. I would like to support them through this intense season, and materials like the mice, pencils, and dry erase markers will help tremendously.
