Help me give my students essential school supplies for my classroom as we prepare for the new school year to ensure that all students have the tools they need to succeed.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am seeking funding to provide essential school supplies that will help my students thrive in the new school year. The items I’m requesting, including table caddies, whiteboard erasers, cardstock, colored paper, pencil eraser toppers, pens for the teacher, and math posters, are integral to creating an organized and engaging classroom environment. These supplies will make a real difference by giving students the tools they need to be hands-on and creative in their learning. With table caddies, students can keep their materials organized, while whiteboard erasers and math posters will enhance their ability to visualize and solve problems effectively. The colored paper and cardstock will support various art and project-based learning activities, promoting creativity in every lesson.
My goal is to ensure that each student has access to the necessary materials to participate actively and confidently in every lesson.
Whether it’s through writing, drawing, or solving math problems, these supplies will empower students to fully engage and take ownership of their learning. My students are a unique and diverse group, each with their own learning style and background, and they inspire me every day. They are eager to learn, ask questions, and show up with a positive attitude, despite the challenges they may face. By providing them with the right tools, I am helping foster an environment where they can truly shine.
