Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Monday through Friday, I come to work to a wonderful and diverse group of students. They are bright-eyed, capable learners who are our future leaders.

Providing these students with classroom basics will equip our classroom with the necessary items to be successful.

First, the timer will assist to monitor and keep track of time during activities.

Second, the pocket charts, word building blocks, and alphabet flash cards will support students to learn and review letter sounds, words, word families, and high frequency words. Third, the calendar will help students learn the days of the week and months of the year. This will be a part of the classroom routine. Fourth, the magnet supply caddy and magnetic push pins will allow us to keep organized and place charts and paper on our white board. Fifth, the correction tape, push pins, and paperclips are important supplies that are consistently used. Lastly, the pencil holders will assist to keep items organized in the classroom, allowing for quick and easy access.
