My students need a document reader so that I can display work in student's notebooks as well as the pocket charts so that I can use them in their word walls.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are 99% Hispanic and over 70% of them have English as their second language. I would like to provide for them hands on activities that will give them remediation in previous learned concepts that they will have forgotten by the 11th grade; especially 8th grade level math that is vital to their success in Algebra II.
I would like the following classroom materials to be donated to my classroom for this coming school year 2016-2017.
Getting the remediation they need in the classroom in a fun systematic way will allow the students to feel more confident with more complex concepts that will propel them to excel in higher level math courses throughout their high school and college careers.
My Project
Keeping students organized and free from distractions is my goal in my classroom. My projects consists of keeping and maintaining an organized and systematic classroom where all the students are working toward a common goal - staying organized. The requested items: the pocket charts and document reader, will benefit the students in my classroom in many ways. The pocket charts will allow the students to display their work in an organized and easy format.. The document reader will be used to demonstrate to students how work is expected to be done in their notebooks and help them stay organized in order to review their notes for upcoming tests and quizzes.
