My Project

I work in a Title 1 school in a rural area in Alabama. I am privileged to have an amazing group of first graders this year. They work hard everyday and always strive to do their best. We need extra storage for our supplies, as our tables and chairs have no storage, nor do we have cubbies in our rooms.

By getting these items, I hope to create a more functional classroom for my students.

The carts will be used for storage to hold their books, journals and manipulatives. The hooks are to hang their bag of books on the cart. The pencil boxes are going to be used as math tool boxes. The zipper pouches will hold different math and reading station games. Lastly, the Picasso Tiles are to add to our small collection of STEM Bins that we use for morning work everyday to get our creative minds going.
