This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Dear donors these two rugs will replace our current ones, that if they could talk, they would tell great stories of students learning in their play centers over the years. Our students are active in the classroom and the current ones are worn. The floor is cold especially during the colder seasons and the rugs provide a comfortable area the students can continue to work on. Not to mention that when exploring with the building blocks center the rugs provide the added soundproof. Our math and science centers are located by our other rug. During our rest time our students also take advantage of the space to get some rest.
