it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Hello,
I am a second grade teacher at the only school in the town of Guadalupe, Arizona.
Our school, students and community is rich in diversity and culture.
Some of our students have had the same teacher as their parents, aunts and uncles, this has allowed our school to build a strong partnership in the education of our students and the community of nearby cities.
My Project
The materials will allow the students to have an alternate choice of seating. When students are comfortable in the classroom, they remain actively engaged in the classroom studies and learning.
The materials will also allow our classroom to set up an effective literacy station for students to pick up a book and read for enjoyment.
A positive learning environment plays a big part on how children do in the classroom. Our students deserve nothing but the best, their hearts will beam with pride when they return to an updated classroom.
