My Project

My students love books! Stories allow students to travel into a new world and experience new things without leaving the classroom. I aspire to bring a sense of wonder to my 4th graders. Books spark that curiosity for students to be creative, ask questions and think deeper.

By providing my students with a classroom library, I will be able to foster literacy skills and encourage a lifelong love for reading!

I want to create a book-rich environment in my classroom. Book access is a significant factor in literacy development.

Having a high-quality classroom library will allow me to present and display books in enticing ways that encourage and prompt interest, dialogue, and thinking. With a growing classroom library, the buzz about books in our classroom will bloom!
