This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students have their own book boxes where they get to keep their leveled reading books they're working on reading. Every couple of weeks, students get to go "book shopping" and pick out new books they would like to read. Each student has a reading level and books are organized by level. In order to make "book shopping" something they can do independently, organization is essential. This cube storage shelf will be a big help in organizing the leveled reading books we have in our classroom and allow students to keep our library organized.
