My Project
As a second year teacher, my plan is to utilize these materials for flexible seating. From my first year, I learned that students work better when they are in a welcoming and comfortable environment. One important part of the classroom is our library! I want change how it looks to make it more comfortable to read in.
My goal is to use the rug for the area (students can feel comfortable looking for books), flexible chairs for reading and the acrylic stands for book display.
Not only will these materials work in the library, but they can also be used during work time as well. I am also asking for a carpet sweeper to keep our area clean.
I believe these materials are essential for a library to thrive and it will create a better learning environment! When it looks alluring, students will be more captivated!
