My Students
My school is situated along the Avenue of the Giants in California. This beautiful community is a magical, forested setting found on the inside of a community where everyone is family. These students have attended school together their entire lives. They know and love each other as only a small community can.
My students are dedicated and hardworking.
They want to gain the best education so that they can see the world, discover themselves, and return to this beautiful community to make it a better place. They need the necessary materials to make their dreams become a reality.
My Project
This school year will be very different for both my students and myself. We will have a hybrid system of schooling where students will be in the classroom with me 2 days a week and home for distance learning 3 days a week. I need to provide my students all the materials they will need to be able to transition between these two models with ease and organization. I would like my students to have everything they will need to be successful at home. The composition books and folders will help keep my students organized and prepared. The pens and pencils will be for the students whose parents do not have the basic necessities at home.
