This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
If you walked into my classroom, you would see a welcoming and organized space that promotes learning. The walls would be decorated with educational posters and student work. You would hear the sounds of students engaged in meaningful discussions, collaborating on group projects, and asking questions. You would feel a positive energy in the room as students feel safe to take risks and learn from their mistakes. But our room is missing some important ingredients needed to meet the diverse needs of my learners. We are in need of ART supplies and art tools. This year one of my main focuses is to implement art within all subjects so every child can be engaged and learn through art while having fun!
