Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Hi, I’m Chasity Webb, a first-year Pre-K teacher and proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin! As I begin my journey in the classroom, I’m working hard to create an engaging, nurturing, and creative space where my students can thrive. Pre-K is a crucial year for building social-emotional skills, early literacy, and a love of learning—and I want to make it magical for my little learners.
To bring that vision to life, I’m asking for your help in securing a Cricut machine, laminator, age-appropriate books, and social-emotional learning tools.
The Cricut and laminator will allow me to create durable, hands-on materials, labels, visual supports, and personalized learning tools that make our classroom more interactive and organized. The books and SEL resources will help my students grow not just academically, but emotionally—developing empathy, self-regulation, and confidence.
