This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Thank you for reading about my project. My classroom is in need of items to help support my students’ well being. Our school district is running low on funds, and it takes a lot to run a classroom. We eat lunch in the classroom and have a dishwasher to clean all the dishes. My classroom needs dishwashing soap and Clorox wipes to keep sinks, desks, and tables clean.

My students will also benefit having the seat cushion to help create space awareness and safe movement while seating for learning.

We go through a lot of snacks. Fruit snacks is a classroom favorite! The prizes help me with PBIS. My students earn points all week to exchange points for a prize on Fridays. It is a fun tradition that encourages students to work hard and help out in the classroom.
