Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love that my students are such a diverse group and that they try their best every day. They are all so different and unique, that’s what makes them so special. These materials would help make a difference in my student's learning because these supplies are very scarce at our school. We run out of paper so quickly and this would be a great help in order to make more classroom materials, especially since there is not enough money in our budget this year. My students love writing and drawing. Having more paper accessible will help students engage in writing assignments. The board magnets will also keep the classroom organized and I’ll be able to hang up mini phonics booklets so that children can refer back to them.
