My school is located in a low-income neighborhood with scholars from diverse backgrounds. Nearly all scholars qualify for free school meals.
Despite socioeconomic disadvantages, our melting pot of scholars possesses a positive outlook on learning.
Each child is unique and deserves quality resources and experiences that will shape their future.
We are a Title I school however, it’s often a challenge to find funding to purchase materials and resources. Basic classroom supplies and technology are in high demand in our school, and our scholars deserve to experience high-quality education and resources. Students need somewhere to put their completed work and graded work. These mailboxes will give each student their own place to put their completed work and current assignments. We send home work everyday to students. Currently we do not have a place to organize their work in the classroom. We are also in need computer paper to help reach all of our students goals, paper to display their assignments and pencil cases to store their personal belongings.
