My Project
My students are great and eager learners that at times feel like the learning environment is too stale. A way to help them bring out their full potential is to provide flexible seating in the classroom. These items can be moved around the classroom, as well as the scholars will be able to use them to relax in the classroom.
Some students learn better when they are able to touch and feel items that they are working with as well.
The clocks will help with this in the classroom by letting the students touch their clocks and correct their times, as well as see up close how the clocks really work. The flashcard games will also be used by students to practice their fluency and gain mastery in their learning. The sensory items will be added to our classroom cool down corner to help the students relax when they feel overwhelmed or their feelings or emotions become too big.
