Hi all! I teach special education kindergarten and 1st grade. In special education, we service a large range of different types of students from children, my students mainly have autism spectrum disorder. My students generally range from five to seven years old. They require specialized areas that are clearly defined with labels, visuals, and physical furniture and rugs.
These room dividers will allow us to create opportunities to work on or focusing skills.
We have visuals, labels, and physical furniture; however we need dividers to help break up our room into further areas. With dividers, we will be able to remove the distraction of other centers so students can focus on the center they are in.
