My Project
I teach first grade in a Title 1 elementary school (the same elementary school I attended as a child). My firsties come to school each day eager to learn and share with their friends. School is an important part of their lives and I try to make our classroom a fun and welcoming environment for learning! This new carpet will create a nice spot for sitting during Morning Meeting, read alouds, and during rotations when they are reading and playing games with a partner or small group. The black and white carpet would make our cow themed classroom even more MOOtastic!
