This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students need comfortable, organized, and engaging classroom tools to support their learning and focus. The bean bag chairs will provide a cozy, flexible seating option that helps students relax and feel more comfortable during reading or independent work time. The cubby bins will keep their personal items and supplies neatly organized, reducing clutter and distractions. Chair bands will allow students to keep their feet moving quietly, helping restless learners stay focused and attentive without disrupting the class.

The goal of this project is to create a classroom environment that promotes both comfort and concentration, enabling students to engage more deeply with their lessons.

By introducing these specific items, I hope to foster a sense of calm, encourage responsibility through organization, and support varied learning styles, especially for students who benefit from movement while focusing.

My students are special because each one brings unique energy and learning needs to the classroom. They thrive best when they feel safe, supported, and engaged in a space that adapts to their individual preferences. This project aims to honor those differences and provide tools that help every student succeed in their own way.
