This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our school started implementing project-based learning into our classes about 2 years ago now. The students have done an amazing job collaborating, creatively thinking through different issues, and reporting their findings. They’ve been able to present their research through Google Slides and other school-wide projects. One thing that they could use though, would be a color printer to help liven their posters, models, and anything else to add brightness to their presentations. Students could also use the color printer for their picture essays, history projects, and even for decorating their classrooms.
More than half of students from low‑income households
