My Project
Our class needs Literacy and Math centers. Scholars will use centers during work time to extend their learning and practice new skills. Center activities teach scholars how to work independently as well as how to collaborate in small groups. They allow me to create fun and differentiated activities to meet the unique needs of each scholar.
With this project I am requesting the basic materials for the initial set-up of classroom centers.
The shelves will house books for the classroom library and at-level reading options. The cart and zipper pouches will keep different activities organized and easily accessible. Each scholar will have a book bin to hold their individual materials for center work time. Scholars will use supplies like the cards and pocket sleeves to practice different skills. These materials will help me create Literacy and Math centers that my scholars will use year after year.
