This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students will truly benefit from this new flexible learning space. I pull small groups to my room for more focused English Language instruction. Our school serves an amazing group of students, many of whom are English Language Learners. A new carpet would transform our room into a warm, inviting environment where students can safely gather for lessons, group activities, and language development. Many of our learners benefit from visual, hands-on, and small-group instruction, and a new carpet supports that. Please help us create a clean, cozy space where every child feels safe and ready to learn.
