Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Book bins are a way that we can keep our classroom organized. Kindergarten is an age in which students are learning autonomy and life skills. Organization is one of the many skills students will be learning throughout the school year.
These bins will be used to organize our reading station materials.
The book bins will provide a space for each reading group to store their materials and have autonomy to independently grab and store their rotation materials. I am confident that these bins will be pivotal materials to help develop their social skills and organizational skills.
More than half of students from low‑income households
