My Students

I teach fifth-grade special education in a co-teaching classroom. Some students have different learning disabilities. The students with learning disabilities are integrated into a general education classroom all day. They are eager to learn and love to move. My students are diverse and come from diverse backgrounds. My students all have different needs and learn in different ways.

My students love to move around the classroom and love hands-on activities.

They enjoy reading, art, music, science, social studies, and math. Each student comes from a different background making our classroom unique. They love school and come with a smile.

My Project

My students and I need basic supplies to help keep our year and learning the best it can be. My students need some basic office supplies to help their learning. They need envelopes, tape, binders, sheet protectors and staples. They need these items on a daily basis and we often run out. My students often tape resources into their notebooks to keep them organized. My students and I also need binders with sheet protectors to keep all materials I make organized and easily accessible for my students to use. My students also need envelopes to keep track of important notices.
