My Students
My 30 students are inner city students who attend a public school where funding has been cut significantly. Their parents chose a public school because they do not have many options due to finances, which in turn does not provide the schools with a ton of support. Do you know what it's like to sit on a cold, hard, tiles or cement?
They are 5-6 years old children that are full of enthusiasm for school.
My Project
Students have many materials that are needed in the classroom to help them learn. Materials like activities to reuse, worksheets, a bright and colorful environment and expo markers help students learn. I will be able to use all these materials to make their educational experience a bright and cheerful one. Markers will be used in multiple learning opportunities. Colorful Mr Sketch Markers help students revisit skills on beautifully created anchor charts.
Classroom basics are required for a great learning environment.
