My students need chair socks protectors for their chairs to help reduce the metallic noise in the classroom. They need multipurpose copy paper and glossy photo paper to print and create their own projects.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Rookhum's classroom raised $318

My Students
We are a Title 1 school. My students get free and reduced price lunch. My students are eager to learn. They want to be in school everyday because they want to learn and do their best. Despite the many hardships they eyes lit up when they are introduced to new and fun ways of learning. They have great interest in hands-on-learning and challenging activities.
They are inventors, innovators, problem solvers, future engineers and scientists.
Their world evolved from art and craft, drawing, creating and designing. Now it time to take them into the 21st century. I want to give my students the best experience with a 3D printer so they can fully develop their skills through STEAM.
My Project
The chair socks will really be beneficial to all the students. They will eliminate the noise that metals made when chairs are being pushed. When the noise is reduced students will clearly hear when there is a discussion going on. If a child needs to get up then pulling and pushing on chairs will be eliminated completely with the chair socks.
In my science classroom I see students K through 5.
I differentiate instruction for all my classes and therefore I need a lots of copy paper to effectively produce their worksheet on time. I also create reading books for my kids based on the topic they are studying.
The glossy paper will be use for students projects and bulletin boards. Some images are better visible when students have to make observations. My students gravitate to colorful images and they are able to focus more on images with color.
