My Project
I love that my students are learning how to represent themselves on paper and make a plan for the things they are going to do during the day in the classroom. The tools of the mind curriculum lends itself to learning through play and making real world connections. With the multi cultural crayons and markers they will have the opportunity to draw pictures of their actual selves and family, they can use the tracing table to bring their images to life, and the felt pieces to engage in our current unit, grocery.
This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
